Cadre Leadership Camp and Pre-Season Sports Camp Registration – August 1
New Cadet Registration and New Parent Orientation – August 7
Returning Cadet Registration – August 10
New Cadet Resolution Ceremony – August 17
Homecoming/Alumni Weekend – September 25-27*
Crucible – October 3 (alternate date, in case of inclement weather, is October 10)
Fall Family Weekend & Parent-Teacher-CLA Conferences – October 16-18*
ACT and Pre-ACT Testing - October 28
Veteran's Day Review – November 11*
Fall Sports Awards Assembly – November 18*
Thanksgiving Furlough – November 21 - 29. Cadets may sign out after classes on Nov. 20. Transportation to the airport will be on Nov. 21. This is not a mandatory leave.
85th Evensong & Holiday Parties – December 12*
Winter Furlough – December 19 - January 3. Cadets may sign out after classes on Dec. 18. Transportation to the airport will be on Dec. 19. This furlough is a mandatory leave. Returning cadets must return to campus between 1200 and 1700 on January 3.
Midyear New Cadet Registration – January 4
New Cadet Resolution Ceremony –January 13
Valentine Weekend & Parent-Teacher-CLA Conferences – February 12-15*
Midyear New Cadet Crucible – February 20 (alternate date, in case of inclement weather, is February 27)
Spring Furlough – March 6-14. Cadets may sign out after classes on March 5. Transportation to the airport will be on March 6. This is a mandatory leave. Cadets must return to campus between 1300 and 1700 on March 14.
Winter Sports Awards Assembly – March 17*
Easter Open Weekend – March 25-29. Cadets may be picked up after classes conclude on March 25. Transportation to the airport may be requested by completing a general leave form.
