VU Scholarships Connect MMA Cadets to $97 Million in Potential College Funding

On September 15, 2025, MMA cadets gathered in the Barnard Hall Atrium for the reveal of the fall 2025 VU scholarships. The VU Scholarship program awards cadets' scholarships before they even apply to college, partnering with both local and national institutions to expand cadets’ awareness of what college options are possible.

A large group of Missouri Military Academy cadets gather to listen to the VU scholarships reveal.

Through this partnership, MMA seniors have access to an impressive range of scholarship opportunities, opening doors to higher education across the country. Thanks to the initiative, the Class of 2026 is eligible for $97,662,776 in potential scholarship funding from two- and four-year colleges and universities nationwide. Remarkably, every MMA senior received at least one offer.

The VU Scholarships program works by automatically matching each cadet’s academic achievements with available scholarships from participating institutions. Once matched, cadets can view their personalized list of opportunities and decide which colleges or universities to pursue.

MMA is thrilled about the possibilities this program provides. By connecting cadets with a wide array of scholarships, VU Scholarships ensures that every senior has the chance to explore the best post-high school options available, making the future brighter for the Class of 2026.

Please note that these opportunities are not scholarship offers. The scholarship deadlines and requirements are still in place (and the responsibility of the cadet).
