MMA Cadets Attend FBLA State Leadership Conference 2026

Cadets in Missouri Military Academy’s Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) chapter attended the FBLA State Leadership Conference in Springfield, Missouri, April 12–14, 2026. Cadets Enkh-Ireedui Altangerel, Enkhtenger Altangerel, Rfred Cordero, John Shadonix, Eric Shellabarger, Gunnar Ward and Heshun Xiao represented MMA at the conference.

The conference brought together thousands of students from across the state for leadership development, workshops and competitive events. MMA cadets participated throughout the conference, presenting the colors during the opening session on April 12 and attending workshops on April 13.

The highlight of the trip came during the Awards of Excellence Program on April 14, where approximately 7,000 students gathered to recognize top performers.

Cadet Enkh-Ireedui Altangerel earned fifth place in Accounting I, competing against approximately 100 students from across Missouri.
