MMA Honors Cadet-Athletes During Spring 2026 Sports Assembly

The 2025–26 Missouri Military Academy Spring Sports Assembly was held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, celebrating cadet-athletes for their accomplishments across baseball, golf, tennis and track & field. The evening also recognized outstanding leadership, sportsmanship and dedication throughout the spring season, including honors for M-Club and Eagle Club members.

Baseball

Team captains Clayton Reich, Mark Corley, Mason Quarles and Beckett Sears presented baseball awards alongside Coach Rosenbaum and Coach Allen.

Varsity Letter Winners: Cadets Kaden Sparrow, Duane Thompson, Tegan Compton, Holden Goosey, Wesley Ball, Tyler Ball, Callahan Evans, Aiden Martin, Diego Escalante and Chau Pham.

Team captains Fernando Puebla, Emiliano Martinez and Enrique Briseno led the presentation of golf awards alongside Coach Anthony Yannielli and Coach Braiden Adams.

Provisional Letter Winners: Cadets Oscar Carbajal, Kaseun Cottom, William Creighton, Levin Moore, Jayden Berardi, Jonathan Lieberman, Mateo Eaton Villarreal, Emilio Perez, William Pennington and Luis Rey.

Track captain River Punab-Mitchell presented track and field awards alongside Coach Smith and Coach Hooker.

M-Club and Eagle Club Recognition

Cadets earning membership in the M-Club were recognized for lettering in two varsity sports during the 2025–2026 school year, while Eagle Club members were honored for lettering in three sports.

Academy President Brigadier General Richard V. Geraci, USA (Ret.), concluded the evening with remarks recognizing the dedication, sportsmanship and teamwork demonstrated throughout the spring season.
