Applying to College and Understanding Financial Aid — Online Resources Available

Applying for college and determining how you will pay for it can raise a lot of questions. Each year, Missouri Military Academy has a goal of 100% college acceptance for all senior cadets, and year after year we have achieved that goal. Last year, all 52 graduates in the Class of 2020 were accepted to 99 different colleges and universities around the world, and together they earned $7,789,828 in college scholarships. See details.

MMA aims to help cadets and families navigate the process as informed, empowered individuals. For your knowledge, MMA is encouraging cadets and their families to tune in for Truman State University’s virtual presentations relating to the college application process and college costs. See presentation dates below.

These presentations are designed to help seniors navigate various aspects of their college search and receive answers to questions they have from an expert. The presentations are free to attend, but require pre-registration. After registration, viewers will receive a confirmation email with the event access link.

Named after President Harry Truman, Truman State University is a public university in Kirksville, Missouri with 50 undergraduate and 8 graduate programs. It has been ranked in the top ten of the 2021 edition of Best Colleges is Regional Universities Midwest.
