On Thursday, September 19, 2024, Missouri Military Academy (MMA) hosted a college fair in the Centennial Gymtorium from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. This event provided MMA cadets and other high school students from the mid-Missouri area the chance to explore various colleges side-by-side, equipping them with essential tools to select the "right" college for their futures.
Each year, MMA achieves a 100% graduation and college acceptance rate. The Class of 2024 was offered over $4.9 million in college scholarships. This success stems from the Academy’s dedicated college and career planning program, which guides cadets throughout their senior year in planning, applying for and preparing for their post-secondary goals.
During the fair, cadets engaged directly with college representatives, gaining insights into future opportunities. Many students discovered colleges and universities they hadn’t previously considered, broadening their understanding of the college experience and the options available to them.
MMA freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors participated, along with students from nearby public schools.
