Missouri Military Academy Honors 15th Anniversary of the Class of 2009

MMA band performs at a Mizzou game.

The MMA band performed at Faurot Field at the University of Missouri in November 2008. 


In November, the MMA band took center stage with a halftime performance at Faurot Field during the Mizzou Tigers' game against Buffalo State.

MMA educational tour visits London.

In February 2009, cadets visited London on an educational tour. 


In February, cadets explored London on an educational tour led by Lt. Col. Mark Vaughan, Ms. Barbara Williams and Capt. Ali Syed. They visited iconic landmarks such as Big Ben, British castles and even a dungeon.

Honor Company.

Echo Company, 2008-2009


That year, Echo Company earned the Honor Company title, while the MMA National Honor Society marked its second year of fostering academic excellence.

Teaching and Technology classroom


Cadets utilized state-of-the-art tools in the Teaching and Technology classroom, further enhancing their learning experience. Cadets Jason Glaser and Cameron Stock also made headlines, winning The Mexico Ledger’s Citizenship Awards for their exemplary contributions to the community.

On the athletic front, the football team triumphed over Wentworth Military Academy, the rifle team remained undefeated with a 3-0 record, and the tennis team made it to the state tournament.

As we approach Homecoming 2024, we look forward to honoring these achievements and reminiscing with the Class of 2009. Join us from September 27-29 for a weekend of nostalgia and celebration!
