Four Missouri Military Academy Cadets Selected for Missouri Boys State 2025

Four Missouri Military Academy (MMA) cadets have been selected to attend the Missouri Boys State program this summer.

The cadets chosen for the 85th session of Missouri Boys State, held June 21-28 at Lindenwood University, are:

  • Aaden Bado ’26 from Warr Acres, Oklahoma
  • River Punab-Mitchell ’26 from Hollister, Missouri
  • Benjamin Bryant ’26 from St. Louis, Missouri
  • Christopher Song ’26 from Southlake, Texas

Known as “a tradition like no other,” the American Legion Boys State of Missouri provides an immersive, eight-day experience in government operations. The program gathers top high school juniors from across the state, offering them a hands-on approach to learning leadership, civic engagement and the fundamentals of government.

Participants are selected based on their leadership qualities, character, academic excellence and citizenship. While the program is best suited for students excelling in civics, government, American history and political science, leadership potential is recognized across all areas of study. Eligible students must be between the ages of 15 and 19 and have completed their junior year at a Missouri high school.
