Missouri Military Academy (MMA) recently hosted the 2024 Association of Military Colleges & Schools of the United States (AMCSUS) Leaders Workshop from September 8-10, 2024. This annual event brings together senior leaders and their spouses from AMCSUS member institutions, including heads of school, deans, commandants, and various directors and administrators.

MMA President Brigadier General Richard V. Geraci, USA (Ret), Assistant Dean for Instruction and Learning Kristin Adams-Vargas, Director for Human Resources Melissa Miller and Director for Marketing Jennifer O'Donley attended on behalf of MMA.
The workshop serves as a vital platform for addressing educational challenges and opportunities, sharing best practices, and networking to enhance school operations and leadership across military academies in both secondary and higher education. Participants had the opportunity to learn from other's experiences and gain new insights into how their schools can thrive. The event rotates annually between different member schools, offering a unique chance to explore diverse campus environments and surrounding communities.
