On November 7, Missouri Military Academy (MMA) eighth-grade cadets joined students from the local area to participate in the annual Reality Store event at Mexico Middle School.
The event provided an immersive life simulation, where students stepped into the role of adults managing monthly finances. Participants made decisions such as purchasing a home, choosing a car and budgeting for childcare expenses if they had families to support.
Through this hands-on activity, students gained valuable insights into money management and the importance of financial planning for the future. MMA extends its thanks to the community leaders who made this enriching event possible.
We are proud of our students for embracing this learning opportunity and developing skills that will serve them well in adulthood. Great work, cadets!
