Missouri Military Academy (MMA) held its annual Fall Family Weekend from October 17 to 20, 2024, offering families a chance to connect with faculty, celebrate cadet milestones and experience Academy traditions. During the weekend, families met with MMA faculty and company leadership advisors (CLAs) to discuss cadets’ progress and achievements during conferences. New cadets were officially welcomed to the corps at the Passing Through Ceremony, cadets demonstrated their military bearing, discipline and teamwork during the military review and then celebrated the Class of 2025 at the Senior Ring Dinner & Dance.
Families began the weekend by joining cadets in their morning classes.
Saturday’s events began with the Passing Through Ceremony, where new cadets were officially welcomed into the corps.
This symbolic event, where family members pinned MMA hat brass onto their cadets, was followed by a military review on Colonels Field.
The Senior Ring Ceremony celebrated the Class of 2025, recognizing the achievements and dedication of MMA’s senior cadets.
The evening concluded with the Senior Ring Dinner and Dance, which included a formal Grand March.
