2019-20 Battalion Staff Meets with President Geraci

Missouri Military Academy does more than teach leadership — MMA is an immersive leadership program that provides cadets with opportunities to learn, lead, and rise in ranks as they increase in leadership skill, knowledge and maturity. The MMA Corps of Cadets, a living, breathing leadership program modeled after the army, holds each young man accountable, challenges him with responsibility, and educates him on his role within, and impact upon, the corps.

MMA President Richard V. Geraci, Brigadier General, USA (Ret), recently met with the 2019-20 battalion staff to reinforce the significance of their positions and the opportunity they have to create a positive impact on their MMA brothers through their leadership this academic year. Below, please find a list of the 2019-20 battalion staff.

new cadet moves in to Missouri Military Academy

Structure, self-discipline and accountability are standards of the MMA experience. For the Academy’s 132nd corps of cadets reporting to campus this fall, these standards — upheld via mandatory mask wearing, cleaning, personal hygiene and other layers of COVID-19 risk mitigation — will be expected with heightened awareness of personal and social responsibility during the global pandemic. Between 180 and 210 cadets in grades 7 to 12, plus post-grad year, are expected to join MMA’s corps for on-campus instruction this fall.
