What is it like working at MMA?
The small class sizes allow the teachers to focus more on student learning. As a reading intervention teacher, this allows me to teach the class as a whole group and then offer differentiated instruction as needed.
What are the people like?
The people I work with at MMA are great! Everyone is willing to help out if you need something. I have made some really good friends while working here.
What do you enjoy about working here?
I love working at MMA. The cadets are very respectful and eager to learn. The faculty and staff work together to make sure the cadets get the best education they can. The teachers are willing to help each other out when needed. It really feels like a family environment!
