What is it like to work at MMA?
There are different tasks every day and, to be honest, that is what I love! We have a good work-life balance, which is very important for me and my family. I also enjoy the lengthy winter breaks and the diversity among the faculty and staff.
What are the people like?
There is a very well-rounded staff. I have met teachers who have left public education and came back to work at MMA and retired military who are very disciplined and detail-oriented (they also have some of the best stories). We have a few employees who have worked here for over 20+ years, that alone speaks for itself in my opinion.
What do you enjoy about working here?
Everyone has the same goal – help the cadet succeed. I especially enjoy seeing the smiling faces of the cadets and their families at graduation.
