Join the 2023-24 MMA Parent Facebook Group

Join MMA's private Facebook group — only for 2023-24 MMA families.

This private group is for parents or guardians of cadets who belong to the 2023-24 MMA Corps of Cadets. Through this group, you can connect with other parents, ask questions, share tips and insight on how to best support your cadet at MMA, receive reminders about upcoming events and more.

Official photos and videos will primarily be posted on the main MMA Facebook page to facilitate easy sharing with other family members and friends. Please encourage your friends and family to like and follow the main MMA Facebook page.

This page is managed by both the Academy and Parents Committee. Every parent or guardian with a young man in the MMA Corps of Cadets is a member of the Parents Committee.

Membership Instructions

Please click the button above to find the group and request membership. There are three questions that must be answered when you request membership:

  • Do you have a cadet in the 2023-24 Missouri Military Academy Corps?
  • What is his name?
  • What is your relationship to your cadet? (mother, father, etc.)
  • Once answered, MMA will review the request and manually approve your membership.

Please note: Membership in this Facebook group is limited to those parents or guardians listed with a cadet's official enrollment at MMA. To protect the privacy of the group, your cadet must be enrolled with deposit paid for you to join the group.

If you have questions about the group, please contact MMA Director of Marketing and Communications Jennifer O'Donley via email.

Facebook Group Rules

Be Kind and Respectful of Others

Please treat others respectfully, and remember that we all have the same goal: to help raise these young men up to be self-sufficient, respectful, and kind leaders. We set the example for them.

Contact MMA with Questions about Your Cadet

If you have a concern or a question about your cadet, please contact MMA directly. Open lines of communication between each cadet’s family and Academy staff and faculty are essential.

No Hate Speech, Profanity or Bullying

Bullying of any kind isn't allowed. Degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, identity, or competency of the staff or faculty will be deleted.

Respect Everyone's Privacy

Being part of this group requires mutual trust and civil discourse. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared here should stay here.
