Why did you enroll at MMA? To have discipline, improve my grades and look at my future for college
Why do you now attend MMA? It feels like a second home where I have grown and matured as a person.
What is the most important thing you have learned so far at MMA? Academics always comes first before becoming a leader. That is why managing my time wisely is important in the success of myself and others.
What advice do you have for new cadets? Learn, ask questions and make the learning experience easy, so the journey at MMA is more enjoyable.
Is there anything you want other cadets to know about? Surround yourself with people who will help you and don't bring you down, because truly, that will dictate how well you do. We all have our different goals, but ensure you have other people that will contribute to your success.
The battalion executive officer serves as second-in-the command of the corps, keeping the battalion commander informed on all general logistical and administrative matters in the battalion or duties assigned by the commandant of cadets. He advises the battalion commander in formulating policy and plans for the corps; recommending billet assignments, promotions, demotions, and awards; and scheduling and tracking all corps activities and duty assignments.
As a leader, he is responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising battalion staff; posting, conduct, and effectiveness of the OD, barracks chiefs, and floor watches; and coordinating with company executive officers to facilitate mission accomplishment.
