Why did you enroll at MMA? To give myself discipline, and to prepare myself for the world outside.
Why do you now attend MMA? To further strengthen the skills I have already learned at MMA.
What is the most important thing you have learned so far at MMA? Discipline.
What advice do you have for new cadets? Pay attention and live in the moment. Don't fall into a mindless routine.
The cadet company first sergeant is the principal advisor to the cadet commander on the state of morale, discipline, and training of cadets within the company. He works as a catalyst in communication to and from cadets to the cadet chain of command, and accounts for all personnel during company-level activities and events. He also conducts company formations, is responsible for training and execution of drills and ceremonies at the company level, and manages the appearance of cadets, equipment and facilities. Additionally, he advises the company commander, and assists with planning, coordinating and supervising activities of the company.
