Why do you now attend MMA? To perfect my English and develop more skills.
What is the most important thing you have learned so far at MMA? That if you try very hard anything can be accomplished and that there is always someone to help you.
What advice do you have for new cadets? Listen to your leaders and enjoy your time at MMA. It goes by very fast! MMA is a great place with a lot of opportunities if you do your best.
The battalion executive officer serves as second-in-the command of the corps, keeping the battalion commander informed on all general logistical and administrative matters in the battalion or duties assigned by the commandant of cadets. He advises the battalion commander in formulating policy and plans for the corps; recommending billet assignments, promotions, demotions, and awards; and scheduling and tracking all corps activities and duty assignments.
As a leader, he is responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising battalion staff; posting, conduct, and effectiveness of the OD, barracks chiefs, and floor watches; and coordinating with company executive officers to facilitate mission accomplishment.
