Biography:
 
Liam Collins was born and raised in Skibbereen, Ireland. He has a long history of soccer. He started playing in Ireland at a very young age and has traveled all over the world for his sport. Collins played Division One soccer at the University of Memphis from 2010-2014 and has played professionally for Cork City FC in Ireland and D.C. United (MLS). Collins coached college soccer at Cumberland University in Tennessee before coming to MMA. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Memphis and a Masters of Sports and Exercise Science from Cumberland University. In his free time, Collins enjoys playing sports (especially soccer), reading, and being outdoors.
