Greg has been with MMA for more than 15 years, serving in various capacities, to include Director of Admissions, JROTC Instructor and Commandant of Cadets. He is familiar with all aspects of the program and its benefits to young men from around the world. Greg initially served in the U.S. Marine Corps and then completed his military career in the U.S. Army, before coming to MMA. He and his wife Mary are the proud parents of seven children, two of whom are MMA cadets.

Gary graduated from Missouri Military Academy in 1972. He was President of "The Executive Network," an executive search firm in the St. Louis area.

SGT Jorge Bustos, USMC | International Enrollment Counselor 
 B.B.A. Marketing, Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico


Born in Morristown, NJ. Jorge served honorably in the United States Marine Corps for 8 years. In his last assignment in the Marines, Jorge served as the Senior Enlisted Adviser for Detachment One, Landing Support Company in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Jorge is completely fluent in both Spanish and in English. Loves soccer and is probably Real Madrid's biggest fan in the world.

Michael Koontz | Enrollment Counselor

Michael Koontz is originally from Kansas City, MO but has been a resident of Mexico, MO for over 15 years. He started his career with MMA as Senior Mentor and spent about 3 years coaching, teaching, and mentoring this 200+ "other sons." He now works to recruit new cadets and continues to guide young men to success. 
Michael has been married to his wife, Sharon for over 22 years. Together they have 2 daughters and 1 one son - a 2017 graduate of MMA. His father-in-law, Col. Robert Piper, worked at MMA for over 40 years as Commandant of the Junior School. In his spare time, he enjoys remodeling his wife's commercial building on the town square where she runs a successful painting party/coffee shop.

Elven Sang | International Enrollment Counselor
B.B.A Marketing, Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico
Elven Sang was born in Manhattan, New York, and raised in the capital city of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Elven is a person with many influences tied to Asian and Latin cultures. He learned about Latin customs in his early childhood in school, and he has always kept his Asian culture in his heart. This multicultural background has enabled him to relate in a personal way to many young men from different parts of the world and help them achieve their most exciting goals in life. Elven is fluent in Spanish and English, and he also speaks Cantonese. In addition, he believes that knowledge and education are ongoing processes; that's why in his free time, he reads books and listens to podcasts related to business and personal motivation. A faithful believer that a healthy body reflects good mental and soul health, Elven promotes sports as a tool for physical, mental and personal growth. He loves to play basketball and is a loyal Los Angeles Lakers fan.

Paul Petit | Mexico Admissions Coordinator
Business administration degree, Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City
A member of the MMA's class of 1985, Paul has served MMA in various capacities, including as summer camp executive officer from 2006 to 2016, president of the Alumni Association from 2013 to 2014, and Parents Association and admissions consultant for all 32 states in Mexico. While at MMA, in 1982, he was on the Academy's first undefeated golf team.
From 2010 to 2017, Paul served in the Texas State Guard. While there, he completed the Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course and was an honor graduate of the Officer Basic Course. In addition, he was a senior specialist and academy instructor in military emergency management for the State Guard Association of the United States.
He is the president and CEO of Grupo Vally Park and Vally Park USA Corp, a parking firm with operations in Texas and Mexico.

Penny Bealmear | Enrollment Coordinator 


Penny is the voice on the other end of the phone when you contact MMA's Enrollment Management department. She coordinates all enrollment paperwork and keeps track of applicant information.
