Digital Marketing Manager
Missouri Military Academy seeks an outgoing, goal oriented individual to join our marketing team. The The Marketing Manager serves the Academy by offering a comprehensive look at marketing needs as they relate to the mission of the school. This position is primarily focused on the Academy’s digital presence and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Academy’s brand and identity efforts. The Marketing Manager works closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to manage and maximize earned, owned, and paid media to support recruitment and retention initiatives.

Essential duties:
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns for the school; collaborate with team members to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts; execute social media strategy to include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and SnapChat; analyze data to determine marketing campaign effectiveness; assist with preparation of marketing materials; provide marketing support across the organization;

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Three to five years experience in marketing, communications or project management
• Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, a firm knowledge of digital marketing strategy and tactics and the ability to develop and manage a departmental budget are essential.
• Extensive experience with implementation and enforcement of AP style guidelines
• Strong critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret data
• Ability to provide creative and innovative solutions.
