Tri-Military School Alliance

At Missouri Military Academy (MMA), we proudly recognize the legacy of Kemper and Wentworth graduates and the importance of MMA’s connection with both schools through the Tri-Military School Alliance.

Missouri has a rich tradition of military schools, with the most prominent being Kemper, Wentworth and Missouri Military Academy. The rivalries and shared history among these institutions created lifelong memories and forged important bonds among graduates.

Today, as the only remaining military school in Missouri, MMA holds the responsibility of continuing the military educational model for all three schools. Kemper and Wentworth have had a significant impact on thousands of cadets, building leaders of character. MMA is dedicated to ensuring that same honor and legacy continue through our graduates.

Embracing Our Shared Heritage

Alumni of military schools that have closed no longer have the opportunity to return to their schools to share memories and watch the next generation of cadets grow, learn to lead and graduate. While Kemper and Wentworth have wonderful museums to honor their graduates and preserve their history, their alumni cannot return home to their alma maters.

At Missouri Military Academy, we welcome all alumni from these prestigious military schools to our Academy events and activities, especially Homecoming and Alumni Weekend. Join us to reminisce and support our shared experience, to watch cadets marching, drilling, conducting inspections, observing formal reviews with military bands and music, along with attending special ceremonies, military balls and athletic competitions.

All are welcome to participate in the Tri-Military Shootout takes place during Homecoming weekend. This annual event fosters camaraderie and friendly competition among alumni, celebrating the enduring bonds among our institutions.

Supporting MMA: A Collective Opportunity

For most alumni, the military educational model and experience were life-changing and set them on a course of lifelong success. Sadly, over the last five decades, a significant number of military schools have closed, narrowing the positive impact that military schools have had on our country.

Missouri Military Academy, Kemper and Wentworth alumni have the collective opportunity to honor the traditions and success of military schools by supporting the experience and education of MMA cadets. Your contributions help safeguard and enhance the military education model in Missouri, supporting a strong, quality experience for MMA cadets, providing essential scholarship support and ensuring the legacy of military schools continues.
