Prior students and MMA alumni may request official transcripts and diploma reprints. To file a request for your school documents, you must fill out the correct form below and pay any applicable fees.

Fee Schedule

  • Transcripts = $25.00
  • Apostillamiento de Calificaciones = $30.00 transcript, $30.00 Apostille Diploma 
  • DHL Shipping (Mexico) = $60.00
  • Diploma Reprint = $25.00

Payment Options

You may make your payment by either credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover) or electronic check (ACH) by using our online payment system.

  2. To make a payment over the phone, contact the Business Office at (573) 581-1776, ext. 229.
  3. To make a payment via check or money order, address to "Missouri Military Academy."

Missouri Military Academy COL Tom Pickle

Colonel Tom Pickle, USA (Ret), has joined the staff of Missouri Military Academy (MMA) as the deputy commandant for residential life. Pickle comes to the private, college preparatory, all-boys military boarding school after a 32-year career in the United States Army. Throughout his career, he has exhibited exceptional leadership, planning, program management, and talent management, making significant contributions to the military.
