Come See Us

To help protect our cadets, faculty and staff and our local community and to help slow the spread of COVID-19 across the state and nation, Missouri Military Academy is implementing a closed, contained campus through April 3, 2020. There are no known cases involving coronavirus disease COVID-19 at Missouri Military Academy.

We ask that all prospective families contact us for a virtual visit through this period or to plan a visit later this spring, if our national health situation permits.

Private tours

If you’d like a private tour to learn more about our boarding and day school options for boys in grades 7-12 plus PG, please schedule an appointment. Just call our Admissions Office at (573) 581-1776 extension 321.

During the call, we can also establish whether to schedule a personalized appointment or add your family to the next open house RSVP list. In most cases, a personalized appointment is recommended as it includes: campus tour, lunch with a cadet in our dining hall, student interview, and parent/guardian consultation. Typically, the appointment takes approximately three hours.

Dress Code: Wear comfortable shoes. Casual business for parents/families.

We strongly encourage families to prepare for your appointment by completing the online application, and submitting transcripts and school references in advance. If all documents are submitted, our committee can provide an admission decision within 5 business days following your appointment.

Open houses

Open houses are available and are typically recommended if you live locally and/or require financial assistance information. Missouri Military Academy is located in the Midwest in Mexico, Missouri, approximately 2 hours from St. Louis and 2.5 hours from Kansas City.

Registration begins at 9 a.m. and lunch is served.
