MMA invites all cadet families to join us for the annual Fall Family Weekend. Get an update on your cadet’s personal progress, meet fellow MMA families and join us for a military ball.
Scheduling for parent-teacher conferences will be posted on this page in mid-September.

Cadet sign-out times for the weekend are listed at the bottom of this page. Complete guidelines concerning cadet sign-out can be found in the Cadet and Parent Handbooks.

1-2 p.m. Parent Committee Meeting – Mess Hall
2-5 p.m. Parent/Teacher Conferences – Academic Building Parent/teacher conferences will be by appointment.

Parents Social Event - Mexico Country Club

7-9:30 p.m. Colonels Football at Southern Boone (Ashland)
Directions to Southern Boone High School.
7:30-9 a.m.
Senior Class Pancake Breakfast – Mess Hall
$5.00 for adults, $2.00 for children. Proceeds benefit the Senior Class Project.
8-10 a.m. Registration – Barnard Hall Atrium
Parent/Teacher Conferences – Academic Building
10-11:30 a.m. Battalion Review and Company Drill Competition – Colonels Field
Fathers and grandfathers are invited to troop the line during Review.
11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Parents’ Convocation and Academic Update – Gymtorium
12:15-1 p.m.
Picnic Lunch – Field House
1-2 p.m. College Preparation Program by LTC Scherrer-Chapel
2:30-4 p.m. Colonels Soccer vs. Kirksville – Soccer Field
7:30-10 p.m. Military Ball – Gymtorium
Families are welcome. Cadets may bring a date to the dance. Dress is semi-formal. Coat and tie for men, business or evening wear for ladies. Cadets in dress uniform.
9-11 a.m. Parent/Teacher Conferences by special request
Parents may sign their cadets out at various times during the weekend. Cadets are signed out in the OC Office in Charlie Company. Please refer to the Cadet and Parent Handbooks for guidelines concerning cadet checkout.
Friday, October 14
Cadets may sign out from 5:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
There are no overnight checkouts on Friday.
Saturday, October 15
Cadets may sign out after half-time of the soccer game (mid-afternoon) until 10:30 p.m.
OR
Cadets can sign out with their parents for overnight beginning at half-time of the soccer game, to return by 5:45 p.m. Sunday.
Sunday, October 16
Cadets not signed out overnight may sign out from 7:30 a.m. until 5:45 p.m.
ALL cadets have to be signed in by 5:45 p.m. on Sunday afternoon because of Vespers. Parents are welcome to attend the evening Vespers service in Memorial Chapel at 6:30 p.m.
