entries into the Region 4 National History Day Contest advanced to the state level in competition Saturday in Jefferson City, according to team sponsor
CPT Katherine Larison, MMA media specialist.
Both advanced in the senior high group exhibits category.
The two MMA teams included juniors Brian Rager of St. Cloud, Fla., and Joshua Ryan of Decatur, Ill.; sophomore James Jacuzzi of San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mexico, and junior Ryan Ma of San Diego, Calif.
Rager and Ryan’s project was called “The Wonder of Chocolate,” and the Ma-Jacuzzi project was called “The Jacuzzi Company.”
“The cadets did well to place in the top three at Regionals, and will advance to the State Contest on April 10 at the University of Missouri in Columbia,” said CPT Larison.
