Academic focus: A supervised mandatory study hall is held every evening, Sunday through Thursday, from 7:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Our strict cell phone policy encourages healthy digital habits and strong academic focus. Our curriculum promotes critical thinking skills and freedom of inquiry, with particular emphasis placed on speech and writing across the curriculum, STEM and Project Lead the Way, cybersecurity, business, language and fine arts.
 
Athletics: 10 varsity and junior varsity sports, plus four middle school sports. MMA is a member of the Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA).
