Enrollment Process

Now that my boy’s application has been accepted, what do I need to do?  The following list of items and forms must be completed and returned to Missouri Military Academy prior to the boy’s arrival and check in.

STEP 1: Complete all forms contained in the New Boy Enrollment Bundle.  These forms will be mailed to you along with the letter of acceptance, or these forms are available online .

STEP 2: It is highly recommended that the forms above in STEP 1 be completed and returned to the Admissions Office as soon as possible.  Here are three ways to return the completed forms. Cadets entering grades 6-9 also need to fill out the One-to-One Netbook Pilot Program Form Online.
 
Completed forms can be:

  Office of Admissions
  Missouri Military Academy
  204 N. Grand St.
  Mexico, MO 65265 USA
• Or faxed (573)581-0081
• Or scanned and emailed info@missourimilitaryacademy.org

If none of the three methods is available, please complete and bring these forms with you for Registration, or send the forms with your son if you are not travelling with your boy for Registration.

STEP 3: Your initial invoice will be emailed or mailed to you.  Make the initial payment to the Accounting Office prior to your boy’s arrival for Registration.

The required forms and the initial tuition payment must be received in order for your boy to enroll.  If you will not personally bring your boy to campus, please send all forms and payment in advance.  Thank you.
