Biography

I began my career in education by teaching and coaching in rural Missouri, moving to Mexico, Missouri, in 1976.  I taught 7 years at Mexico High School before taking the Director of Admissions position at Missouri Military Academy in 1983.  Between 1983 and 1997 I served as Director of Admissions and the Director of External Affairs for the Academy.  In late 1997 I left the Academy to pursue other interests.  From 1997 to 2009 I worked as the Director of Admissions at an all boys school in St. Louis and the Chief Operations Officer at Hargrave Military Academy.  I returned to Missouri Military Academy in June 2009 and resumed the Director of Admissions position.  Over the years I have coached football, basketball, track, cross country, and baseball.  I thoroughly enjoy my work in education.
