Justin Thompson ’97 and Jason Thompson ‘98

Justin attended the University of Illinois for two years after his graduation from MMA. He left school to start his own internet marketing business. He decided to return to the University of Illinois, however, and after completing another year of school decided to enlist in the Marines. Justin began active duty service in January 2004. He was deployed to Iraq from Feb 2005 until Sept 2005 and was back in the States for only one year before a second deployment to Iraq from Sept 2006 until April 2007. He ended his active duty that December and returned to Illinois State University to finish his degree in Political Science--International Relations in Jan 2008. He graduated with a B.S. in Political Science and then studied abroad in Lima, Peru as a Master's student with Illinois State University. Currently, Justin is attending the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University and is working toward a joint degree in law and international relations. He will graduate with his Juris Doctorate and Master of Arts in International Relations.

After graduating from MMA in 1998, Jason attended DePaul University where he graduated in 2003 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in English. After college, Jason entered law school at Syracuse University College of Law and graduated with a J.D. in 2006. Jason then enrolled in the graduate tax program of Villanova University School of Law where he earned a Master of Laws in Taxation in 2007. Jason is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association. Upon completion of his education, Jason took a position with the tax practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Washington, D.C.
